Philip Williams
Director and Founder
Phil is a Chartered Accountant and founded Williams Martin back in 2023, with a mission to not merely complete the various compliance submissions for businesses and individuals, but to ensure that all clients are setup with the most tax efficient strategy that best suits them as individuals and/or businesses. Outside the office, Phil is a dedicated father to his 18-month-old daughter, whilst having the time to play some (sub-standard) golf, and competitive football.
Georgia Williams
Office Manager
Georgia joined Williams Martin in 2023, with her role paramount to facilitating the smooth running of our office, internal finances, and Company Secretarial filings. Outside the office, Georgia is a wonderful mother to her 18-month-old daughter, whilst still having the time to run her freelance graphic design business.
Elaine Martin
Payroll Manager
With decades of experience, Elaine joined Williams Martin in 2025 as our payroll manager. Elaine also acts as a trustee for a local Charity, a prominent school governor at a local primary school, whilst still having the time to play the occasional round of golf, and looking after her adorable sausage dog, Darcy.
Harriet Martin
Bookkeeper
Joining Williams Martin in 2026, Harriet's roles include bookkeeping, client onboarding and internal administration. Harriet also works in the TV and Film industry as a costume standby.
